First of all, thank you for being a custom of the Foodpress Plugin. Secondly, please follow the instructions below to update your plugin if you do not see an update available in your Wordpress Dashboard.

Step 1. Most importantly, ALWAYS backup your website and database before updating plugins or Wordpress versions. This will prevent updates from breaking your website and also potential downtime.

Step 2. Login to your account and visit the Foodpress PLugin page here:

Step 3. On the right-hand side, click the "download" link and download the package for the plugin. Otherwise you can visit your downloads page here and filter through your purchases to locate the Foodpress Plugin. From this window you can download the license file or the plugin ZIP package as well.

Step 4. Login to your Wordpress Dashboard and deactivate the Foodpress plugin, Remove the Foodpress plugin and then re-install the Foodpress plugin that you just downloaded from CodeCanyon. (If you'd rather update your plugin WITHOUT removing it, you can do so by replacing the entire Foodpress Plugin directory in your FTP or File Manager at your web host)

Following the steps above SHOULD NOT remove any of your Foodpress Settings, but again, that's why I ask that you backup your website and database just in case.
